Mission Statement
As a designated “Rural Preservation Overlay District”, the mission of the Northwest Area Residents Association, Inc. (NARA), is to preserve our quality rural community lifestyle, provide for controlled neighborhood growth, enhance the safety, health, and well being of our community, monitor the development and use of property within our area to insure a profile consistent with zoning and neighborhood adjacency standards, and work with our elected and appointed city and government officials and employees to accomplish these goals.
